    Chicken Piccata flour sub

Question - I have a chicken piccata recipe that is primal, except for the flour required for dredging. I have both almond and coconut flour - which would be better? I'm thinking almond.

The chicken piccata recipe we use doesn't call for flour (it's from Everyday Paleo). I'd opt for almond, though, or a combination of the 2. I've "breaded" chicken in the past, and a combination of the two with some spices works really nicely.

Add time to let the sauce thicken on it's own, and you can bring it all together with arrowroot powder or potato starch.

You can also dredge in cheap Parmesan, it is awesome for fish as well.
