    I can second the comment about squats in second position, they are great for inner and outer thigh work as well as glutes. Add a bit of weight and it's kick butt!

    Nope, you got it all wrong, particulary in the veiw of what this forum is about. The only thing women get through dieting, and chronic cardio is chronic fatigue and misery. But then again, you are likely not here for a discussion, just to sell whatever is there in your link. How do you report a poster to be checked by a moderator?

    Question on side squats. I've watched some video on how to do these and the leg that sticks out to the side, do you sort of let that foot slide so the leg slides or do you let the squatting leg do all the work? That part confuses the heck out of me.

    You don't have to add free-weights as your weight goes down (when doing body weight exercises). You just change the exercise to make it harder. ie. A girl push-up > regular push-up > military push-up > one arm push-up. Those all use only your body weight but are increasing levels of difficulty. You should get the books "Convict Conditioning" and "Naked Warrior".
