    Question Coconut Pancake Cohesion Question

    Primal Fuel
    The TW made Coconut Pancakes (from the Quick and Easy Cookbook) and we are wondering if anyone has any hints how to make them stick together better. They were quite tasty (though admittedly a bit dry) but they fell apart quite easily.

    Any suggestions?

    more liquid (try eggs), and unsweetened all natural applesauce (will also help with moisture)
