Bought avocado oil. Now what?
The other day I noticed that the local grocery store just started carrying avocado oil. Naturally I had to buy it.
But now what?
What are some of your favorite recipes and ways to use this? I don't want to roll the dice on some random internet recipes because the bottle cost a fortune. I'm hoping someone here has some experience and tips on where to use it.

I make mayonnaise with it, half and half with macadamia oil. It makes it a very pretty green colour.

Yep - mayonnaise, vinaigrettes and a little in with lemon in a guacamole to emulsify the blend a little more.

I drizzle it on salads with chopped garlic and white wine vinegar. Great on skin too.

I love it in vinaigrettes. A nice change from olive oil (which I also like but not all the time).
