How Primal are you: I've been primal for about a week now ..
Do you consume dairy: I try to avoid it , but it depends on the situation
Do you drink coffee or tea: Both , I try to limit the coffee to 2 cups a day. I do tea on afternoons and evenings. Coffee in the morning
Motivator for switching to Primal: I exercise and exercise and the body fat % just doesn't go much lower. I came across Mark's Daily Apple and something clicked. I immediately went Primal and am thoroughly enjoying it.
Favorite exercise: Sprinting !
Favorite Primal food: This will sound weird , but I love olive oil. I know a guy who makes his own olive oil in Tuscany,Italy and I just ordered 20 liters
I would drink it if that wouldn't be weird
Best part about being Primal: That feeling that you ate too much , that you should open your belt buckle a few notches ... it's gone completely. Also the fact that you know you are eating clean. Also , I eat when I'm hungry. And of course the energy. Today , I feel like I'm unstoppable. After about 4 days after going primal I crashed and burned. I had zero energy , my muscles hurt like I was having the flu. Now that all seems to have faded.
Worst part about being Primal: The fact that out here I seem to be the only one who seems to be "enlightened". My girlfriend thinks I will die of heart disease by eating all those bacon omelets. The CW force is strong in that one. She already wants me to go to the doctor to check out my blood.
I guess there's only one way to show her and that is being super healthy and in shape ..
