How Primal are you: Reasonably - don't eat grains or white potatoes, avoid soy for the most part and rarely eat legumes. The significant majority of my food is non-processed.
Do you consume dairy: Yes - yoghurt and cottage cheese in small quantities, milk in coffee or cocoa
Do you drink coffee or tea: Yes - coffee most days, green tea occasionally and quite a lot of Diet Coke (the one 'artificial' product I'm not giving up)
Motivator for switching to Primal: Weight loss and general health
Favorite exercise: Pullups, Dips, Overhead Press, Deadlifts and Squats
Favorite Primal food: For energy before a workout, sliced pink lady apple, sultanas and walnuts (seriously delicious combo), post-workout either chicken, steak or fish (grilled or sashimi)
Best part about being Primal: Losing weight, feeling healthy and energized as opposed to heavy and bloated on grains
Worst part about being Primal: Not always easy to resist tasty looking non-paleo foods when eating socially / at restaurants etc.
