Your location: A liberal refuge in Kansas, USA
Age (If you want): 36
How Primal are you: About 80 percent right now. Just quit grains again cold turkey 3 weeks ago. Four years ago, before I got married, I was about 90 percent Primal and I intend to get back there.
Do you consume dairy: Butter, cream and cheese, yes. I am reducing my milk intake because I suspect it gives me acne.
Do you drink coffee or tea: We drink a lot of green & oolong in our house. I've never liked coffee much, but I have a cup before kung-fu class on Saturdays. A shot of caffeine seems to improve my performance.
Motivator for switching BACK to Primal: losing the 6-8 pounds of "happy weight" I put on since I got married, clearing up my skin, reducing PMS issues, being a better martial artist.
Favorite exercise: kung fu, baby!
Favorite Primal food: Butter. Sometimes by the spoonful.
Best part about being Primal: The energy! The clear-headedness! The envy!
Worst part about being Primal: I miss baking. I greatly look forward to experimenting with almond flour. EDIT: Turns out I'm allergic to almonds! Guess I'll go back to doing without!
