Hi, I've only been Primal for 2 weeks, but I love it so far - and I can't get enough of this website!
I first went low-carb last year when I tried the 4 hour body diet, but the beans were giving me a sore stomach (wonder why!) and my 'binge day' was turning into a binge weekend, plus binge Monday - so I wasn't getting anywhere, and was still feeling terrible! So I read up on the principles of being Primal, & here I am!

How Primal are you: Have ditched the grains & sugar so far.
Do you consume dairy: Cheese & yoghurt.. cheese is definitely my weak spot.
Do you drink coffee or tea: Yes to both, but no more than one per day
Motivator for switching to Primal: Been on countless diets that I just don't stick to, so needed to make a lifestyle change, and get healthy.
Favorite exercise: Beach walking
Favorite Primal food: Coconut crusted chicken
Best part about being Primal: It feels right!! It just makes sense to be Primal, and
Worst part about being Primal: I (used to) love baking and cake decorating, but I can't do that at the moment - it would be too tempting! Also I don't want to want to feed grains & sugar to my family and friends.
