About 80% at this point but will probably be 90% in a month or so.
Do you consume dairy:
Yes - I love cheese and buy cheese from Raw milk. I also drink organic whole milk from time to time.
Do you drink coffee or tea:
coffee every once in a while with full cream
Motivator for switching to Primal:
Need to lose 100 pounds, tired of feeling horrible after I eat and then being hungry an hour later. I've been looking for a change in my diet for a while and found information about Weston A. Price and my research has lead me here. Been primal for about 2 weeks and have never felt better and am no longer craving food.
Favorite Primal food:
Eggs, bacon, steak, fish, sunflower seeds and nuts
Best part about being Primal:
I eat less food and feel satisfied much longer after a meal. I feel more energetic and I don't feel bloated and sluggish all the time.
Worst part about being Primal:
I haven't found anything yet. I've done tests to see how food affects me, where I eat primal for two days and then eat "normally" for a day and I just feel awful that day and until I go back to primal. I think it's probably the best change I could have made for my health.
