Motivator for switching to Primal: better overall health. i was curious about it and picked up a copy of Primal Body Primal Mind and it was so engrossing I couldn't put it down [I ended up highlighting it like a textbook!]. then I got into Primal Blueprint and everything makes sense, how could I not?
Favorite exercise: riding my bike, plank
Favorite Primal food: everything! eggs, bison + beef, greens, coconut, bacon
Best part about being Primal: feeling good
Worst part about being Primal: people making me feel bad about my choice, as though it is inconveniencing them
