    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
Hi everyone! I've been a lurker and decided I couldn't keep my fingers off the keyboard any longer!

    Your location: Toronto

    Age (If you want): 27

    How Primal are you: mostly

Do you consume dairy: yogurt, raw cheese and butter only

Do you drink coffee or tea: I drink only green tea

Motivator for switching to Primal: better overall health. i was curious about it and picked up a copy of Primal Body Primal Mind and it was so engrossing I couldn't put it down [I ended up highlighting it like a textbook!]. then I got into Primal Blueprint and everything makes sense, how could I not?

Favorite exercise: riding my bike, plank

Favorite Primal food: everything! eggs, bison + beef, greens, coconut, bacon

Best part about being Primal: feeling good

Worst part about being Primal: people making me feel bad about my choice, as though it is inconveniencing them
it does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live

at just the right time, we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up

Do you consume dairy: cheese in all/any form

Do you drink coffee or tea: 1 large coffee on sat/sun, green tea weekday mornings, lots and lots of water

Motivator for switching to Primal: health – used to eat this way (long before it was a way) - then went through some rough times - gained 200+lbs, screwed up my BP, liver, mind space, body chemistry, etc

Favorite exercise: excluding nephew presses – seated rows or lat pull downs – basically lift heavy things

Favorite Primal food: red meat, white meat, cooked meat, raw meat - flying, swimming, crawling, running, grazing it’s all good

Best part about being Primal: The way I feel and soon to be the way I look
