Hi all! I've done it backwards, oops. Been primal on and off for a month or two, then finally hunkered down to get more serious. Focused on starting a primal journal a week ago before dropping into other discussion threads, and realise I haven't said hey to the community! *big wave* Here goes..

    Your location: Melbourne, Australia

    Age: 30

How Primal are you: Try my best to stick to it, comes to around 90% probably? Mostly 'coz of the debatable cheese, and too much chocolate. Keep caving in to food cravings though, massive crappy weekends of crappy food. Just started leptin reset, hopefully will help.

Do you consume dairy: Butter and cheese

Do you drink coffee or tea: Both!

Motivator for switching to Primal: Insomnia, sugar addiction, emotional issues, couldn't figure out why CW diet and cardio wasn't working.

Favorite exercise: Yoga rocks my world

Favorite Primal food: Love it all. Not on the innards yet though.

Best part about being Primal: More energy, rediscovering the beauty of meat (eating it guilt-free certainly does that). Body leans out automatically!

Worst part about being Primal: Socially awkward situations
