How Primal are you: That's a tough question as I've only just started. I've been 100% committed to following a diet based on the advice offered in 'The Paleo Diet,' 'Good Calories, Bad Calories,' and 'Protein Power.'
Do you consume dairy: Butter, Cheese, and Heavy Cream
Do you drink coffee or tea: I drink Green Tea with Splenda (at most 2 packets/day).
Motivator for switching to Primal: I used to be a fitness freak but since have gained more than 100LBS. If something doesn't change I'll die well before my time.
Favorite exercise: Powerlifting
Favorite Primal food: A well cooked piece of beef, pork, chicken, omelet, etc.
Best part about being Primal: Not counting calories or measuring every last ingredient.
Worst part about being Primal: I do miss my great big pasta dishes, potatoes, and sweets.
I began this Primal journey on December 30th, 2009 and in that time I've lost over 125 LBS.
