How Primal are you: I don't know if I can determine that yet, having just started (first day!).

Do you consume dairy: Yeah. I'm debating if I should stop, reduce, or just surrender to my love of cheese. I'm from Scandinavia, I'm pretty sure dairy is part of our genetic makeup.

Do you drink coffee or tea: Coffee when I need a pick-me-up before a run, tea if I need caffeine during the day, though not very often.

Motivator for switching to Primal: Mom is diabetic, and she was the last one of us that I would've guessed would end up with it. Also, hormonal imbalance that I just don't want to take detrimental meds to superficially correct. "Would you like a side of cancer along with that healthy level of androgens?" No. No, thank you.

    Favorite exercise: Running, BURPEES!

    Favorite Primal food: Salmon.

Best part about being Primal: Don't know yet, haven't gone long enough to reap the benefits. Hoping to lose some insidious abdominal fat, feel physically and mentally vital and present, be bangin' well into my old age.

Worst part about being Primal: I'm sad about not being able to make my Swedish princess cake for my birthdays anymore. It's an unholy amount of sugar. Lots of cream and butter though...Compromise?
