How Primal are you: I'd say 90% or more but just started a week ago.

    Do you consume dairy: NO

Do you drink coffee or tea: Both

Motivator for switching to Primal: Obesity and Multiple Sclerosis. The Gluten Factor.

    Favorite exercise: Sprints

Favorite Primal food: Early yet so don't know.

Best part about being Primal: You get to EAT.

Worst part about being Primal: Nothing as I see it with the view of 80% and if I'm always above that, the minor infraction won't hurt much.

    Hello everyone. I’m Kelly

    Your location: Atlanta, Georgia

    Age (If you want): 38

How Primal are you: Aiming to go as strict as possible. started this saturday so pretty good so far

Do you consume dairy: No. The only dairy that I did consume would be cheese in eggs, cheese on a turkey burger, or cheese sprinkled on a salad

Do you drink coffee or tea: I drink tea. I will drink coffee if it is flavored, but since this is non-primal...that would be a no

Motivator for switching to Primal: weight loss and feel better

Favorite exercise: I don’t like exercise, but recognize it is neccessary

    Favorite Primal food: I don’t have one...yet

Best part about being Primal: The way it makes me feel

Worst part about being Primal: i don’t know yet

    Age: 29 (30 this year!)

How Primal are you: 100% for the past 8 days (first week of the 21 Day Total Body Transformation done!) with my awesome hubs.

Do you consume dairy: Butter, some Cheese, some Heavy Cream, some kefir

Do you drink coffee or tea: No - Herbal Teas on occasion

Motivator for switching to Primal: I've always had great muscles and strength, but I'd like to bring them out of hiding. I want to fit well in my clothes! I've been a barefooter for 6 years now and a health nut most of my life- Primal makes a lot of sense to me! I've gone vegan/vegetarian in the past, but have long suspected that my body thrives on heavy lifting, raw vegetation and protein. My main motivation is getting my husband feeling well and calming my kids sugar addictions (and my own).

    Favorite exercise: Yoga, weights, dance

Favorite Primal food: Steak and bacon.. oh, and butter and dark chocolate.

Best part about being Primal: Lots of delicious food! I love the way I feel!

Worst part about being Primal: I miss a good flour tortilla or artisan bread once in a while. I'm still experiencing adjustments... the occasional detox and/or mood snap.

How Primal are you: I've been fully primal for about ten days, woohoo

Do you consume dairy: Yeah a bit, milk in tea sometimes, lil bit of cheese, not much

Do you drink coffee or tea: yeah, black coffee, tea black or white, both decaf

Motivator for switching to Primal: I used to be pretty ripped about 6 or 7 years ago, and I liked how I felt then. I want to feel the same again. Recently gave up smoking (well 11 weeks ago) and I've been so encouraged and surprised by my willpower I thought it was time to lose some weight. My sister put me on to this, and challenged me to climb Ben Nevis (UKs highest mountain) in June on my 40th. So here we go!

    Favorite exercise: Walking, weights

Favorite Primal food: My wife's beef stir fry, fully primal, absolutely delicious

Best part about being Primal: The fact that it doesn't feel like I'm denying myself anything I truly want food wise!

Worst part about being Primal: Nothing yet! Apart from the fuzzyheadedness and headaches, waiting for that to pass soon though
