    Age (If you want): 38

    How Primal are you: 85%

Do you consume dairy: Some butter

Do you drink coffee or tea: Tea - Herbal

Motivator for switching to Primal: Foggy brain, overweight, high blood pressure

    Favorite exercise: All exercise

    Favorite Primal food: Coconut oil

Best part about being Primal: slight case of adult acne clearing up

Worst part about being Primal: I have only been really doing this for about 2 - 3 weeks ---- I had a freak out emotionally and I think it's from too little carbs? I got the flu -- holy mackerel... then I got a little nutty and teary... I'm not sure. Maybe I had too little food in general...or low carbs and then I had too many carbs? I'm not sure. It has passed and I feel more stable mentally and emotionally but it almost made me stop the whole process.

Fliprain, I really encourage you to go for it. Read the success stories and journals for inspiration. So many people have come back from the brink with the PB. My mom is in a wheel chair with arthritic knees, triglycerides through the roof, has had major surgery for chronic diverticulitis, etc., etc. Between my sister and I and her doc (!) we've converted her. I am confident that this is going to make a real difference in her health. And I am confident it will make a difference for you too!

HELLO ALL! I'm a 35 year old male. I am about 60 pounds overweight. I'm new here. Just reading Mark's book and have watched videos of him and listened to an amazing talk he had with Dr. Mercola on YouTube. Hearing him speak with Dr. Mercola drove me to buy Mark's book and I am ready to get primal baby!

I'm very excited. It makes so much sense to me. I also follow Dr. Mercola a great deal. I am ready to take control of my health. Looking forward to interacting with all you Groks and Grokettes out there!!
