How Primal are you: I'm a little hairy and often lounge around scratching myself. However, I'm new to primal fitness and I would say technically currently about 5%. It's a long road from here.

How Primal are you: 70-80% - haven't switched to all grass fed, haven't started keeping a log to track macronutrients, Have just started my "low carb" diet back up about 2 months ago along with going back to the gym after a horrible year off - I feel really good still allowing my self a cheat once a week - pretty sure I will find I need to lower my calories...
Do you consume dairy: Yep, once a day - don't think I could quit cheese on my eggs EVER
Do you drink coffee or tea: Coffe, currently with cream and splenda - and water, nothing else, pretty much ever
Motivator for switching to Primal: Have been doing the low carb thing for years, well aware of how horrible grains, rice and potatoes are for me. It only makes sense to eat natural real food and not processed garbage
Favorite exercise: Can't pick a favorite, I just love to work out. The problem is finding that extra motivation to get there sometimes.
Favorite Primal food: I love steak. I am a meatatarien. I don't love a lot of veggies, don't really love fruit, And how can you not love fat?
Best part about being Primal: eating , feeling good about it
Worst part about being Primal: I miss pasta. Don't enjoy red sauce or anything, but pasta goes good with alot of primal foods - My most missed is cajun chicken pasta alfredo

How Primal: Generally only eat one meal a day (dinner) - usually a protein/salad or protein/veggie base - my downfall is the sugar I truly believe it is a drug seriously once you start you can't stop. Aiming to delete all sugar in the form cookies, crackers, choc milk powder etc. from my diet
Do You Consume Dairy: Yes - cream in my coffee (can't start my day without it), yogurt (this I can give up), cottage cheese (same - consumed just for protein purposes but can do without) so that will leave just cream for my coffee - sorry, but that HAS to stay!!
Do You Drink Coffee/Tea:Yes, both. Need morning/evening coffee, drink herbal tea inbetween during the day
Motivator to Switch to Primal:Basically always followed the principles - looking to kick my sugar/flour addiction and in turn lose those last 10 pounds.
Favorite Exercise:Have been/still am consistent with weight training, cycling, running
Favorite Primal Food:Fish/nuts
Best Part of Being Primal:Energy
Worst Part of Being Primal:Eating out sometimes becomes probmatic depending on the menu...always plan ahead and check out the menu

How Primal: probably about 95%, occasionally cheat with some rice if I go out, and a little sugar in my nitrate-free ham
Dairy: I eat butter, cream and yogurt (10% milk fat) on a regular basis and I'll have the rare glass of milk
Coffee/Tea: almost never, tea once in a while if at an asian restaurant
Motivator: general health and fitness; self-experimentation for curing my IBS and migraines (worked for IBS, still waiting on the migraines...)
Favorite Exercise: hiking and swimming, playing with my kids
Favorite Primal food: wild salmon with lemon, local peaches
Best part: improved digestion, more energy, get sick less often
Worst part: more challenging to eat out, people thinking you're "that weird, picky eater"

How Primal are you: relatively, though there have been a couple of slips recently, mainly about getting to know what works for me
Do you consume dairy: some, mainly half-fat, going off hard cheeses right now as my breath stinks after eating them
Do you drink coffee or tea: was drinking gallons all day long, but I've started limiting caffeine to before 1pm, then I will gradually phase most caffeine out of my diet
Motivator for switching to Primal: fat, lazy, demotivated, getting to being over-aggressive, needed to change drastically
Favorite exercise: walking just as well, though karate and swing lessons commence soon
Favorite Primal food: good chicken, lots of mackerel, and scrambled eggs
Best part about being Primal: confounding everybody's beliefs about me
Worst part about being Primal: no more batter on fried fish

How Primal are you: Trying to maintain 80% +.
Do you consume dairy: Yes. Usually hard sharp cheese and yogurt.
Do you drink coffee or tea: Tea, unsweetened, usually iced.
Motivator for switching to Primal: Sick and tired of idiopathic postprandial syndrome. Anxiety, crankiness, hostility if I went 2.5 hrs or more without eating. Consistent. Very annoying. Also would be nice to lose some body fat.
Favorite exercise: Varies as I get bored, but is usually heavy weightlifting
Favorite Primal food: Roast beef
Best part about being Primal: No more idiopathic postprandial syndrome
Worst part about being Primal: Need to be careful to get/make enough serotonin
