How Primal: Generally only eat one meal a day (dinner) - usually a protein/salad or protein/veggie base - my downfall is the sugar I truly believe it is a drug seriously once you start you can't stop. Aiming to delete all sugar in the form cookies, crackers, choc milk powder etc. from my diet
Do You Consume Dairy: Yes - cream in my coffee (can't start my day without it), yogurt (this I can give up), cottage cheese (same - consumed just for protein purposes but can do without) so that will leave just cream for my coffee - sorry, but that HAS to stay!!
Do You Drink Coffee/Tea:Yes, both. Need morning/evening coffee, drink herbal tea inbetween during the day
Motivator to Switch to Primal:Basically always followed the principles - looking to kick my sugar/flour addiction and in turn lose those last 10 pounds.
Favorite Exercise:Have been/still am consistent with weight training, cycling, running
Favorite Primal Food:Fish/nuts
Best Part of Being Primal:Energy
Worst Part of Being Primal:Eating out sometimes becomes probmatic depending on the menu...always plan ahead and check out the menu
