Your location: Milwaukee-ish, WI
Age (If you want): 36
How Primal are you: Newbie Primal -- have been eating and sleeping Primal for about 8 weeks, still in the process of transitioning to a more Primal exercise model.
Do you consume dairy: Cheese and butter
Do you drink coffee or tea: Yes
Motivator for switching to Primal: I was tired of tracking every bite I put into my mouth, being hungry all the time, working out ridiculously, and still getting fatter. I'm a big fan of n=1 experimentation, so I tried it. Now I'm a HUGE fan. Also, since starting Primal, I discovered that I'm pregnant (16 weeks). My two prior pregnancies felt miserable and left me with lots of weight to lose. I'm feeling *amazing* and am up ~2 pounds at this point, so anecdotally, I'll chalk that up in the "Primal win" column.
Favorite exercise: Running. (I know, I know, but I just love it so much) Hiking is a close second.
Favorite Primal food: Hmmm. Toughie. Salmon or avocado.
Best part about being Primal: It's a tie between "Not being hungry all the time" and "Amazing energy levels."
Worst part about being Primal: Getting my 6- and 9-year-old daughters on board. It's sloooooow going.
