Sure thing! I can give you instructions, if not exact amounts, for everything pictured. Just let me know what it is you need.
Glad to help.

Your location: NJ, USA
Age: 30
How Primal are you: occasional red wine or dark beer. 2 weeks = 12 pound loss
Do you consume dairy: yes - skim milk daily, yogurt on occasion & fresh mozzz once in a while
Do you drink coffee or tea: Neither
Motivator for switching to Primal: It makes sense, lol. Always liked meat and fatty foods rather than sweets, seems like a good fit.
Reminds me a lot of my Biological Anthropology classes.
Lose body fat & increase performance for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Been a super-heavyweight for a while, now looking forward to being a light heavyweight.
Favorite exercise: Kettlbell Swings or Turkish Get-ups
Favorite Primal food: Steak or Bacon
Best part about being Primal: I feel like this is how I should be eating.
Worst part about being Primal: Going out to eat in Italian rest.

Location: Long Beach, New York
Age: 59
How primal: I've been eating low carb and mostly protein and veggies for many years now.
Dairy: I consume little dairy for I believe it contributes to osteoporosis.
Coffee or Tea: I have been doing green tea once a day for 2 years now. I do coffee on and off, but would prefer to give it up totally.
Motivation for going Primal: High fiber, low fat weight watchers diet got me 20 lbs. lighter, but cholesterol profile worsened. Research and found out that high sugar/starch diet will do that. So I switched and got rid of all high carbs.
exercise: Love to dance, walk, push ups, lunges. My doctor said my heart rate was better then a long distance runner. I was just taking 1 jazz and 1 ballet class a week, and walking on the other days about 1 or 2 miles.
Favorite food: steak and veggies
Best part of being primal: cooking is so easy and a meal can be made in 15 minutes or less
Worst part of being primal: Not knowing what they put in your food at restaurants even if you order a simple steak and veggie.

Your location: Boston
Age (If you want): 35
How Primal are you: 80+%
Do you consume dairy: yes -- 4oz. kefir in my morning smoothing & a glass of whole milk pre-bed. not super-primal, but I'm trying to add some weight.
Do you drink coffee or tea: occasional coffee, but I love green tea.
Motivator for switching to Primal: health, weight loss, and I love steak.
Favorite exercise: heavy deadlifts, sledgehammer swings, and barefoot sprinting.
Favorite Primal food: grass-fed steak & omega-3 eggs
Best part about being Primal: figuring out cool new recipes or tweaks to existing recipes to make them Primal. I love to cook, and the "constraint" of the PB actually makes things more interesting.
Worst part about being Primal: coordinating w/ my wife, who is absolutely ripped but can't part with grains.

Your location: Kona, HI
Age (If you want): too old!
How Primal are you: medium-low. I just started!
Do you consume dairy: milk on coffee, whey-based protien supplement
Do you drink coffee or tea: both
Motivator for switching to Primal: better health
Favorite exercise: walking, swimming
Favorite Primal food: don't have one
Best part about being Primal: fresh start
Worst part about being Primal: I don't want to eat animal products. It's bad enough being addicted to milk in my coffee.
I have recently had surgery that renders me dependent on protein supplementation, and have found no better source than whey-based powder, I'd like to get off that, too, because it's not possible to find that product sourced from grass-fed, organic cattle, and I'm vegetarian but for milk and whey products.
I'd like to learn more about how to do this as a vegetarian.
