    How Primal are you: 90%

    Do you consume dairy: No

Do you drink coffee or tea: No

Motivator for switching to Primal: A permanent lifestyle change which will keep me healthy and happy. Gain knowledge to help friends and family live a happy and healthy life as well.

    Favorite exercise: Pushups

Best part about being Primal: Eating incredibly tasting foods and the energy and well-being I'm given from it. The looks and comments from others watching me enjoy fatty foods is pretty fun as well.

Worst part about being Primal: I have yet to come to a conclusion. I may be able to come up with things that make life a little less easy by living Primal but "worst" is a poor way to describe anything Primal.

Hi, kind of new here. Had PB for a while, haven't implemented in much yet because I'm not entirely convinced that women are that successful on it. If some Grok girls can prove me wrong and give me a good story and some awesome pics to use as inspiration, I'd appreciate it. Especially if y'all are close in age/height to me... I am feeling like I'm traveling into the mist with no visibility and I'm concerned it's going to be another failed "diet" attempt.

    Your location: Callyfornie

Age (If you want): 35, 36 in December (would like to NOT be a fat ass on my b-day. Have about 30 lbs to lose)

How Primal are you: Today, about 80% hoping to hit 100% by end of September

Do you consume dairy: Only if I feel like I need a good cleaning (lactose intolerant)

Do you drink coffee or tea: yes, both

Motivator for switching to Primal: tired of starving, feeling like shit and not winning this weight fight. I used to be an athlete. This is disgusting.

    Favorite exercise: P90X Plyometrics

Favorite Primal food: Bacon! Coconut milk, fresh nectarines, asparagus, artichokes... homemade mayo, wild salmon.

Best part about being Primal: Hopefully, freedom from my severe sweet tooth- though sugar/wheat do terrible things to me- fatigue, bloating, etc...

Worst part about being Primal: I have to ignore my severe sweet tooth.
