Two weeks in and doing good,I've lost 22 lbs so far and my clothes are fitting looser. I haven't really started an exercise regiment yet, but I have been parking as far away from any stores I've frequented and have been doing thing around the house to keep moving. Hauling 20 or so boxes of Christmas ornaments out of the attic is a suprisingly effective workout!
Well, I'm three weeks primal and I've lost 26lbs so far. Can't seem to get my butt in gear on the exercise though. So far I'm just trying to incorporate more activity into my daily routine. Having this forum to check in on definately helps keep me focused. So far I have not had a cheat day and don't plan to anytime soon.
