I'm going to try making it out of raw goat's milk and eggs from the Amish farm nearby. Here's the recipe I intend to use.
3 cups (we use goats milk)
8 large eggs
1 cup sugar (going to try erythritol or stevia)
pinch of salt
2 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup bourbon or cognac
1 teaspoon vanilla
The original recipe calls for heating/cooking it, but I'm just going to go at it with a blender and drink it raw.
