My partner and I recently checked out the Crossfit gym in South Boston and we noticed that on their website they were recommending tofu and quinoa as paleo/primal foods! I've read Robb Wolf, Mark Sisson and other primal/paleo experts and nowhere have I seen a grain or soy product promoted as fitting into the primal lifestyle. Has anyone here heard otherwise? Who are they reading? (or maybe they're not!)
