That seems a little low on protein. I'd try to up it to at least one g per lb of lean body weight.
I'd probably aim a little bit lower on the carbs if you can as well if you're looking to lose weight.
Fat looks pretty much where it should be for 1400 calories.
You'll get varied responses for the fat. Sat fats shouldn't matter much, but keep your levels of omega-3 and -6 as close as possible.
