    Coconut cereal

    Looks and tastes like someone swapped my coconut for corn flakes. To anyone who wants the cereal experience and doesn't want a big bowl of nuts, try this.

    Was about to post a topic asking for Rice Krispies alternatives. I can't explain why, but over the past two days I've gone crazy and eaten bucket loads. Since going Primal my cravings are near zero but I do not often eat foods with similar consistency to Rice Krispies. This may have solved my problem.

    Just got some chipped coconut at the store. Can't wait for breakfast! Will let you all know how it is (other than pretty carby, but will try to go for a walk or something before I eat).

    I am chowing down now.
    Ohmigosh, it's just like cornflakes! The key is to toast your coconut until it just barely tints brown. It's so good. VERY satisfying if you've been craving cereal.
