What kind of information do you want to know? What kind of athlete are you? Mark has a lot of information about nutrition about on the main site also. Let me know what kind of athlete you are and I might be able to help

    I.e., spam.
    Ancestral Health Info

I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.

I'm hoovering around the 100carbs area and eat a good number of fat with about 1g per lb of bodyweight.
    I'm also training MMA....
Should I change up anything on my meals?
I just eat a ton of veggies (spring mix, asparagus, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, squash)
I eat about 3-4 pieces of fruit each day (apple, small orange, pear, peach)
If I need a little boost I raw a mixed berry and nut mix.
I've recently bought whole coconuts and made my own coconut milk (whole fat)

Not sure if I should change up anything since I'm still full of energy even after 1hr of training.
