New weights program
I'm looking to begin a new weights program. My primary goal is fat loss at this point because I want to be below 10% body fat before I do any muscle building focused workout. Ivedone sl 5x5, and just finished German volume training. Any new suggestions?
I'm currently at around 17% bf

I'm really liking 5/3/1. I think a higher volume template of 5/3/1 with some conditioning (sprints, sled drag, prowler) and a caloric deficit should work really well.
