So I got a huge tire from a backhoe today for some sledgehammer. Does anybody have any suggestions for workouts I should be doing? I have an 8 lb sledgehammer for now and figured I would try that out before I decide on going heavier. The tire is pretty heavy so I would like to incorporate some tires flips or something as well.
