    I've had issues for a long time and it was due to imbalances... treating the symptons doesn't work. I had to strengthen up the weak areas and get unfiring muscles working. The thing that fixed my back was 10 one on one sessions with a pilates instructor.

    Made a world of difference for me. Three days a week I do 20 mins of HIIT cardio, 10 minutes moderate on the rower, than hang on these for ten minutes, while stretching rotating, etc. The decompression works wonder. Stay super hydrated too. Lots of water. This eliminated back pain that was so bad, if I sneezed it felt like a shotgun blast to my lower back.
