    Hi, from Nebraska

I am so happy I found this website, and read the primal blueprint! Finally something that makes sense to me when it comes to diet and exercise. I have been eating primally for a while now but haven't really tried any recipes, and I was wondering...What would be a good recipe that I could make for my parents and siblings? I just want to show them that eating healthy doesn't mean sacrificing good food. If you have any suggestions I would love to finally try out a recipe. Thanks

Why don't you keep it simple and serve food you would see at home?

A steak or a roasted chicken with a salad or grilled veggies is a great primal meal and I can't imagine anyone thinking 'well, gosh darn it, this food is weird!"

Or fake them out and make Shepard's Pie with the cauliflower mash. Chances are, they will have no idea it's cauliflower.
My primal journal that I don't update enough:

Thanks I didn't really think of keeping it simple.
