My second all-time EP fave. It combines the three foods I love the most: BACON, CHARD, BUTTERNUT SQUASH. I'm embarrassed to say I ate the entire thing all by myself the first time I made this. It's that good.

Tip: Press the easy button and get a bag (or two) of peeled, diced butternut squash at Trader Joe's. It will cut down significantly on your prep time.
I would not know if this freezes well; it's never made it that far.
