So I am trying to figure out which body type I am and I think I may be endo-meso. I have never been overweight though. I am 5'5" and weighed 135-140 at my heaviest. I am now 114 on average but with 18-20% body fat. Even though I weigh less I still have a jiggle on my tummy just not a huge one. If I weigh light but have higher fat percentage does that make me endo?

What are some good ways that I can rid myself of excess body fat without too much cardio?

What are some ways to lift pretty heavy amounts without going to a gym? I can't afford one but need something equivalent to a barbell for some heavy lifting. Any good exercise tips?
