did the BPF lift heavy things routine this morning before breakfast, without drinking water first. first round outside at 10am (in LA,Ca) to get some sun. did 10 pistol squats on each side.
second round inside with air conditioning and after a sip of water, got to the squats, and could not do one. the other exercises went fine. 2 meals and a few hours later, i can do them, no problem.
