Squat right quad burn when going low
I get a mild burning sensation when I get to my work-weight while squatting. I thought I pinpointed this with making sure my feet are around 30 deg pointing outwards, and making sure my knees are also pointing out when I am in the down-part of the squat.
But I can't seem to nail it. I've tried different foot position, (lower, wider) and other bits, but still not quite sure.
The feeling is like there is a twinge in my right quad, not painful, but it's in the 'oh that isn't right' feeling.
What could it be?

How long has it been going on? Does rest help? Massage?

I have records of doing it months ago (When I was also into strength training like I am recently)

So rest doesn't help. Does anti-inflammatories?
