    Can't eat breakfast

    Since having acid reflux, breakfast is out, unless I juice carrots. Any solid food gives me heartburn. If I wait and eat around dinner time, I'm much bettter off. Kind off "warrior diet" ish. Does anyone else share this problem?. Staying primal helps, but I miss my bacon and eggs.

    Have a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before/with your breakfast. Should solve your problem.

    This. I had terrible acid reflux to the point I couldn't get much sleep at night. I kept a glass of water with a splash of apple cider vinegar beside my bed, and when I woke up I'd take a swig. It didn't take long before the problem went away.

    I can't eat breakfast either, in fact, eating when I wake up can suck it. That wouldn't stop me from eating bacon and eggs though.

    How is that acid reflux doing? I used to have it whenever I ate early, since "going primal" no more acid reflux, ever.
