Have a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before/with your breakfast. Should solve your problem.
Since having acid reflux, breakfast is out, unless I juice carrots. Any solid food gives me heartburn. If I wait and eat around dinner time, I'm much bettter off. Kind off "warrior diet" ish. Does anyone else share this problem?. Staying primal helps, but I miss my bacon and eggs.
