I've been 4 months going primal, but recently I eat some sugar and carbs like once a week or every two weeks. My inmune system has noticed it...
So I'm going to start the year OK, rebuilding my habits.
Directions to start:
Only three big meals, plus a little one pre-training (greek yogourth with nuts and honey, or some fruits usually) instead of my actual 6-7 a day.
No refined sugar or carbs at all.
More vegetables and fish.
Get creative with my meals.
Only a few beers a week.
I'll record it on FitDay and post them weekly. Starting from tomorrow (although I'll start going primal now).
