    I used to put coconut oil in mine by itself and there was a grease slick on top. Blended with the butter, it becomes creamy and does not separate while hot.

    well just coffee, no bullet proof.. no energy for it. Waiting for TOM.. he is late. Could stress be a factor I wonder?

    TOM is a funny thing, everything can be a factor.

    I am off to get some kerrygold this afternoon. Thinking I will try the BP coffee in the morning and see if that will help me get out of this eating pattern I find myself in. I need to shake things up a bit.

    I did the BP coffee today, but did not blend for lack of time. It still got the fat in, but was not as creamy.

    ok, I was wondering why "no energy" kept Karin from the BP coffee. I missed the part about blending it.

    I figured not blending was better than not having at all. It wasn't terrible, but I am used to CO only, so the buttery flavor is an improvement. I'm coming in at about 2000cals even with the drink, which is still 20% below what I burn.

    Chris- I feel like I tossed and turned all night.. slept in fits and starts..TOM FINALLY came (actually happy its here). I have noticed though, the last couple of TOMS my moods are awful!! I mean I am down right unpleasant. I don't even like me then.. ugh.. so this morning was kinda 1/2 attitude and 1/2 too dang tired. Missed it though, although I was not starving come lunch- fancy that.

    blending is key... ooo the frothiness!! I use a hand blender usually.

    Things my daughter says, I tell ya. So last night we are talking about what we want for dinner and talk about going to a small diner in the neighboring small town. When we ask her ( remember she is 9) what she wants to eat. She says "Meat and a Salad, I gotta be Primal tonight". Got to love the lil' ones. HAHAHAHAH

    LOL, that's funny stuff. My daughter brought out warmed up dinner to my son when he got home from work last night, on the plate was a steak like we had, and then mashed potatoes (instant) she handed it to him and said, "Take these vile things from me" ( she loves potatos, but had her steak on top of a bed of spinach, mushrooms and onions)
