    I go today at 4:45pm. What stinks is its not just the back, the hips hurt and the left thigh..

    Why do I get on the scale??

    So, went to the kinesiologist last night. Lets just say she was less than impressed with the condition of my back. She said I was walking like the leaning tower of pisa. UGH! So, she worked me over, hooked me up the ouchie electrodes, told me my lower back of swollen (fluids) and my back muscles are angry (fluids), iced me down. I felt a little better actually walking out.. not without pain, but the pain was less!! So I ask, do I need to come back? She says (see if you can imagine her tone), well my fairy godmother magic wand is broken so- yes!. LOL I go back Thursday morning.

    Pity party- table of 1- umm we wont talk about dinner or yesterday food in general. The scale bounced up- what a surprise.

    Keep working on that back! Glad you are going back and hopefully you'll be on the mend soon.

    Sorry about the scale. I had one of those weeks last week. Sigh! Keep at it - you know that it will eventually come back down again.

    Fluids, dah, scale had to go up. But you get to go home early today and focus on yourself!!! Hoping this is all taken care of soon. So sorry it seems that when it rains it pours.

    I am on my 2nd icing since coming home. 1x per hour for 15 minutes. I have to admit.. as much as I hate ice, it feels good so what does that tell you??! LOL

    There is so much I would like to get done at home but bending over is a pain (literally) and standing and walking any amount of time is a pain, again..ugh!

    As a therapist, I love and use ice myself.

    Brrrr...ice. I'm proud of you. I'm not sure you could convince me to ice right now because I'm cold!

    I have to admit, I thought you were talking about an icing (frosting) binge at first. Thrilled it is a back remedy instead! It'll help, you get huge props in my book, I know icing is the way to go for something like that but oooo, Baby its cold out there! Heehee, can ya tell I've been listening to Christmas songs all day?
