    I have used the pickle. It works if crunchy/salty is what you are jonesing for. If you are looking for sweet, then no you keep looking. Though, most times that I did it, eating the pickle was just a pause in the binge, because the binge is not usually about the food.

    I need to hit the pickles.. and I had 3-4 fruit snack bags.. they were tiny though!!!

    I get into the see it-want it mode. No reason sometimes. I avoided the birthday cake shake from a local place this morning. Just kept driving..it was hard

    generally if I don't taste it I can pass, but once something goes into my mouth, well then everything is going in, though not so much lately
