yes if the sun is shining there. They are vitamin D addicts. LOL

Well, I am here by myself. My mom packed me a cooler of primal foods so I do not have to hobble to the kitchen and balance while making something to eat. In my cooler: a green apple, a ziplock of carrots, one of celery and a whole red bell sliced, a package of colby-jack cheese, 4 hard boiled eggs, some mayo-sweet/hot mustard for the hb eggs and blue cheese dressing for the veggies. Before she left this morning she made me a large glass of iced coffee and a couple of travel glasses of ice water. yeah mom!! Incidentally, this has been my go-to lunch for about a week and I am still not tired of it. Swap out items with sliced turkey/ham and it just never gets old.

I also have a mini fridge in my room with some shhh diet c.o.k.e. Since I have my own bathroom, I am not having to travel far at all.

oh boredom is so cruel. This makes me think about the super obese people who are confined to their beds. How do you get to past the point where you are so heavy you can't get up and get stuff yourself? Even if you order delivery, how do you get the money, not just make the money, but physically have it in your hand to pay the delivery person?

Maybe they can put some sort of walking brace so you don't need the crutches? Which you should promptly spray in a sparkly colorful metallic paint!

we have a walking brace for foot/ankle but I never painted it because both men and women have used it. And it has been all over the place. It was originally my dad's in Florida, who had an operation on his ankle and needed to keep his foot in a 90 degree position for it to heal. Then I took it to wear on a trip to CA, because I had Plantar Fasciitis and needed to keep my foot at 90 degrees for healing. Then DD wore it to Guatemala because she had shin splints and with all the walking she had to do it allowed those tendons and muscles to rest. Then while there one of the sponsors sprained his ankle and wore it for the rest of the trip.
