    Feeling good on the w30 . Tracking my food as well. I know that's not suggested but data is always helpful. I am not missing dairy but I kind of miss as.

    Fathers day..sigh..I have never had a good relationship with my dad. I tried to call but he never charges his phone. I was left with a lame fb post he wont read either. He has never been a good dad so not sure why this feels so bad.

    Oh..i also started some aminos, more on those later.

    I have a pretty good relationship with my dad, and I had to resort to fb as well. He was napping, he naps a lot.

    Glad the W30 is feeling good. Curious to see how the aminos work, I took that little quiz and it basically said I needed L-tyrosine, but I can't find it and now I can't remember why I needed it (maybe for memory?)

    Pretty good whole 30 day. We had lunch at Red Robin and I had the grilled salmon lettuce wrapped "burger". They were fillets and it was SO DANG GOOD. Add steamed carrots and broccoli with some ghee (good heavens it looked like it!!) YUM!

    Whats cool: My mom is on board with Whole 30. Its nice because there is no unintentional sabotage. My daughter on the other hand.... I had to tell her what helps me is to NOT offer me candy, soda, bites etc but thank you very much. I am weaning her off the soda (its tough) and then we will work on other things.

    Med check and therapy for DD today.. while we were out we hit all our errands in the city since we really dont get there much.. I am exhausted.
