I have found that dairy is the reason I was constantly bloated and my sinuses were always plugged. Goat milk products do not do that to me the way cows milk products do.

I have really cut down on cheese to the point where I am like meh, no big deal. I have not used HWC in months and while yogurt is ok.. its also a meh. Its the sweetener or actually the lack of I am adjusting to. The only thing I am not sure if whole30 compliant is those miracle noodles.

well, yea, I couldn't do without the sweetener right now. The Green Powder Matcha is a bit grassy, and without sweetener and half and half I don't think it is drinkable. So for me, getting that green tea in is more important than keeping the sweeteners out.

I would tell you that it is your Whole30, and if the miracle noodles don't seem to have a negative effect and they help you get through a down day you should go for it.

I plan to make cheese a special occasion thing. It seems to me that at parties, the cheese platter is often the only safe thing to eat.

Something in AS or dairy stops weight loss for me. When I drop them, I always lose wt.

Doing pretty well.. however, this inflammation, I am hoping its all it is, is so painful. I swear every joint is achey (knees, ankles, elbows, wrist, fingers etc.) I am wondering how long before I start feeling better with the whole30.. I know I know.. I just started. LOL
