well I did fine until about midnight.. I was hot/cold, in pain (my wrist again), couldn't sleep. I tracked it all and it is more than ugly. I am going for a dd today and just moving on. I need a better plan for the evenings, it seems to be a new witching hour for various reasons.

The only other thing I think you need to worry about besides the calories is to do as much whole foods and as little sugar and whatever grains/glutens/dairy you know give you problems. One thing at a time (well, I know that is 2, but the second one should go without saying really)
I need to post this reminder in a few places at home. You are right on the macro front though.. I just had "sticker shock".

Just plan for the witching hour and save some calories for the evenings, on both down and up days.

I am proud of my lunch salad today. Although I did not plant a HUGE lettuce bed, I am harvesting some of the lettuce I planted earlier. That in and of itself is rewarding as I do not possess a green thumb. Since its a DD I am watching everything really close. I will probably have another salad for dinner and use some of those miracle noodles.

Today's agenda (since I have lazed about all morning) is housework/organization, laundry, kitchen and then Lily has VB. Farmers market in town today!! WHOOHOO! I need more eggs. I love that I can get farm fresh eggs again!

so far its just lettuce. The peas did not fair well but everything else so far is growing nicely. Planted more today.

I have pre-entered my food for today in MFP.

Wish I had the summer off, but not willing to do what you have to do during the school year to get it

Me too, I will go check your tracker.

    p.s. it looks good!

I'm envious of your summers off, as well. Of course, I'm not the greatest with kids...so I wouldn't make the best teacher. I have thought possibly of being a school librarian. I LOVE books and love to encourage others to read.
