Wow, even if you only do half of them that would be a very fun full summer.

My personal bucket list is just to be able to do the pilates ABC all the way through once. (see pintrest)

Up a pound today but I succumbed last night- not to grains but to other. I am thinking the lack of hunger caught up with me. Anyway, moving on...

I am still awaiting sunshine... it suppose to be here with a high of 70!! This is something to be excited about!

teacher appreciation week.. started with breakfast.. ugh.. yeah:
    Panera Bagels
    Donuts
Crossant finger ham and cheese sandwiches
    fruit
    yogurt-flavored
    juice

I said F-it and ate. I found it curious that I was not interested in fruit. However, I am not speeding through the rest of the day. I will eat well.

It was one meal in the course of a week, it is not what we do once but what we repeatedly do that screws us up. (to paraphrase Aristotle)

true.. and it was the one meal. Kinda proud of myself actually.

Maintaining weight.. this is fine with me until school lets out.

I am missing Lily's DARE graduation However, her grandma is going to make it.

Off to a great start today I think. I ran out of time to make breakfast this morning but I ran past sonic for a bacon egg toaster (tossed the toast). Hopefully with some good protein under my belt I can thwart cravings.

Hello sunshine!! The weather is looking up in the Sunflower state! Oh and holy snipes batman.. I am wearing a skirt (with shorts under- it cute)! LOL

THUNDER...LIGHTENING...TORRENTIAL RAIN- LAst night, now and today.

Today is the teacher appreciation luncheon- they are bringing in Olive Garden. I have a feeling, only the salad will be a safe bet for me so I am bringing a little something extra.

I feel frustrated when I can not physically BE there for my kiddo when she is having a crisis/meltdown. This morning she locked herself out of the house, no rain boots, coat or umbrella and it was raining cats and dogs as well as thundering and lightening (which scares her) and her ride never showed up. She was crying/hysterical not to mention soaked. I called the school and the SRO went to look for her, I contacted the diner in town, the waitresses found her and pulled in in from the rain and were working to calm her down. The cook took her to school (have I mentioned I love my small town). The principal got a towel for her to dry off and got her some dry clothes. I am hoping her day starts looking up and does not remain sucky.

Wow, Karin, that's got to be ROUGH. I would say, however, I cannot believe what an AMAZING town you live in. The cook, the waitresses, the SRO (not sure what/who that it), the principal. I know we don't have that kind of support where I live!!!!
