OOOok.. After doing calculations, HERE is where I am starting:
21-30 g carbs (aiming for 5%)
132 g fat 70%
protein 106 25%
When I input this into KR I get @ 1.8 which is fine by me. I see this as hopefully a fat burning state. I am also re-reading SPEED. So many of the concepts, perceptions and reality about food are still distorted or have become distorted again. I am tracking the SPEED steps along with macros, KR, FBS, weight etc. OMG.. this from the girl who HATES tracking??? I got my geek on!
