Ok. I have to agree trying to meet a daily calorie requirement etc. is tough. I am going to give JUDDD a go. I am sure I will struggle in the beginning like anything however I think its doable. I have done IF in the past and this will be similar. So, no time to start like the present. Today is an UD. My question is this: Do I need to ensure my fats are high etc. to help carry over to tomorrow? Tips and suggestions welcome.
