I agree with the just losing. Although when I stop, it makes me crazy. Patience is something I need to work on LOL

The plateaus are hard, but this going up business is much harder. If I could ever discern a clear pattern - and knew that the ups would come back down, plus a little more - I could handle them. But, seems like it just goes up and up and up. Then down a hair and then up and up and up. Sigh.

Ok, so Karin, you were successful at first right? You lost weight? If it were me, I would go back to my MFP and duplicate the days I lost. Pick the 14 days (or however many you have left til you leave) that you lost from and do them again. This is not a good long term solution, but to get you to break it might work. Even if you don't exactly duplicate the food, see if you can duplicate the macros/calories exactly. It seems to me you stopped losing when your calories dropped, right? So if that is true, lowering your calories is not your solution.

    Check this out

Ok.. so I went back in MFP and looked at my stats for calories, carb, protein and fat. I then found weekly calorie averages and plugged in when my weightloss was.

What I noticed when I dropped that 15 pounds my weekly average was @ 1650 calories.

Please check this out and see if you see anything else I may be missing.

Yes, then you started to lower your calories to around 1400.

For now, I would just aim for that 1600 mark daily and following the same macros as the successful time.

Thats what I think too. Its weird, you would think if you lose weight at 1600 you could lose more at 1400 but its not the case. Ok.. so I am going to watch this closer. I think I need to average my macros too so I can try and keep those consistant as well. What do you think?

    when I average the macros..

    I went from:
    Average 1500-1600 calories to 1200
the carbs and fat were the same but the protein went from 74 to 53.

Go back to what was working. Then, tweak from there, if needed. Tracking is a royal PITA, but it does have its uses
