I think that you can replace a regular can of coconut milk with the coconut cream from Trader Joes. It had that bit of firm stuff on the top and the clearer type liquid on the bottom, pretty much like coconut milk from the grocery store. I just heated it up enough to mix the 2 parts together and poured it on top.

Maybe half flax and half sunflower? When I made the double batch this last time, I thought that I might like it more if I used half as much of the nut meal base but the same amount of the coconut and the can of the cream/milk. But I really like the coconut, and if you double both parts it is about 2/3rds base and 1/3rd coconut. I also didn't put the chocolate chips on it this time, and that worked out fine.

Also, after it cools refrigerate it, then you can leave it out and it stays firm, unless you leave it in a hot car or something.

    ^ Agreed.

My sleep was better last night, but still not good. Of course, it's been "not good" for a long time now, so it's not like it's something new. I keep thinking, however, that it's a real key to my issues.

would someone please look at MFP for today. I feel fine but my calories and such are so low. I do like my fat to be 80% or higher and protein to be no higher than 15%..

it kinda looks like a fat fast.. but it was not my intention..

add some dressing to your slaw and maybe some bits of crunchy bacon. It will probably be ok for a day or 2 but if it was me it would likely precipitate a binge.

So why not make a bigger cup of BPC for breakfast? You know in a travel mug? Especially if you are getting hungry early, that is an awfully light breakfast.

I am really wanting to try and keep my calories at about 1200-1300 instead of 1700. It just seems like when I go at the top of my calorie scale, I stall or gain.

Karin, How tall are you again?

If you are going to keep your calories that low, I would ditch the BP tea in the evening and eat more real food at lunch or dinner.

I agree with Paula, I would also say that for me, that kind of calorie limiting would push me right into a binge.
