    well it does not surprise me if I am always dehydrated. Pushing fluids in the winter is tough for me.

    Ok.. fat fast crashed and burned.. after Lily's hour therapy session and my impromptu 30 minute session (where we discussed my coping mechanism with my spinning ADHD daughter),my already aching head was pounding and I needed to EAT. So I only made a day in a half.. but can you even count a half a day? My goal is to eventually get to 2 full days. I think I need to do this is smaller increments. Anyway, I had some beef jerky, a hamburger patty with the fixings and a little cheese. I probably went over on macros.. but maybe not.

    TGIF... I have had morning duty all week and have forgotten, was reminded by my principal yesterday.. oops.. So, I will do my duty this morning and be done with it. This week has been full of craziness.. school and home.

    Tonight is the last bball practice and tomorrow the last of the games. It will be a tournament and how awful a parent am I to hope they just play one game?

    I have not pre-entered my food in the journal today. I will be able to do breakfast and lunch, no idea of dinner. I guess it depends where the macros fall.

    Wow, that is an odd duty set up. We have the same duty all semester, then it can change halfway through. We have security and monitors for lunch and bus duty. We do general hall duty and study halls.

    I actually think that since you are already pretty much in ketosis, 1 day is likely all you needed. Celebrate that!

    swe have security cameras too but they need supervision for breakfast. That was my duty this week. Next time I think I am "traffic". I get the kids across the street.

    Ok.. major attitude shift.. you are warned..

    F- it!! Binging a bit today.. primal food but macros are out the flippin window!! On top of all I already have going on.. I had a DR appt during my plan time.. yeah, an hour waiting.. barely made it back before my kids. Anyway, he, the DOCTOR has to have his co-pay. He did not even LOOK at my eye (its either floaters or a detached retina) but was like, yeah we are just going to call in a referral.. REALLY??!! OMG!! SO PISSED!!! I could have been TO the eye dr already!!! f'in messed up medical field. Gahhh!!

    so anyway, not tracking today

    ok, but eating is not gonna make it better. At least it is primal so you won't have any physical repercussions from junk.
