I'm working on it. I actually crave my pate now and today, all I could think about was the bone broth. It will take me some time to get the other ones in. But, the longer I go without "junk" and without vegetation, the more my body seems to want these things. In the short one, I think I'll have to mask things a bit -- curry, mix with other fatty meat, etc. until my taste buds become acclimated.
I'm still working on a good, affordable source. That's why I've only done liver (pate) and bone broth so far [Well, okay, I'm still working up to those other organs!]
