Day 3: I am thankful for my little home. DD and I love our neighborhood.

Ok last night I battled a headache. My body (or my head)was telling me, you need to eat more. Sooooo.. I did. I rolled some munster cheese in ham and nuked it and had a cup of decaf and cream. I honestly felt better afterwards as the headache lessened.
How far is your school from your little town? Can you walk (in nice weather)?
Its actually about a 20 min drive. So.. I guess the only downside is grocery shopping I have to drive a ways.
Day 3 food
B: squash smoothie with cream, golden flax, whey, banana, acorn squash, spices (SO WAY YUM!)
L: garlic meatballs with sweet cherry peppers and an orange
S: pumpkin smoothie with pumpkin, whey, spices and cream
D: skinless chicken thighs with broccoli
S: homemade pumpkin pie with pumpkin, egg, cream, spices and topped with whipped cream
so thats what 7 fruits and veggies??

Day 4: After the blistering temperatures here this summer. I am thankful that fall has come and brought cooler temperatures with it. Will I complain of being chilly?? Nope! (especially now) LOL
I like the whole day shot as well. Another suggestion (you can tell me to stop and I will), add egg whites to your breakfast smoothie. It all looks yummy!

My "Program": doing my version of a 5:2 fast diet with real food.
I think I even put in a whole egg.. I can not remember. I need to get some egg whites though.
I am not counting calories but am looking at portion sizes (I had 2 chicken thighs because one was real small). I am not measuring my HWC and I probably should. Suggestions always welcome
B: leftover bacon wrapped chicken livers with bbq sauce, Pumpkin coffee latte (pumpkin, sweetener, spices, coffee, cream) + 2 coffee with cream
L: tuna salad wrapped in lettuce leaves and celery with sunbutter
S: coffee with cream
D: chicken breast, brussels sprouts with butter
S: pumpkin pie with whipped cream
PS.. all coffee is decaf. I think there is a connection between sleeplessness so I am attempting to give it up. Side effect headaches but I am trying to work through them.
I finally found a use for the matching corn on the cob holders that my mom bought with these dishes. Haha!! Snack plates!!
